We did our part!

WE CLOSE!!! This was a probate matter, we had to go through the court process and get the sale approved. Thank god, my client got more than what we were expecting and he was happy as he needed this sale to take care of his mom.

Probate cases are difficult because as agents, we deal with the loss of our client's family member, we see the pain and we still have to walk them through the court process which can be lenthy and sometimes painful but you have to follow the rules. As a seller/buyer, this court process has rules that have to be understood before you get into it.
