It’s April and the capital region is covered in snow once again. Despite this the real estate market has been heating up hopefully the weather will follow.

In the past week there has been 359 fresh new listings which represents a unique chance for individuals and families to find their perfect match and plant roots in their new neighborhood.

There has also been 231 pending listings, showcasing the active engagement and keen interest for buyers. This number underscores the desirability of our community and eagerness of buyers to seize the opportunities available.
