Right now, the market isn’t what it was.

This is what I’m seeing in the Capital Region 🏡

Buyers have more time to think,
but they’re also being more selective.
The homes that make sense are still moving quickly.

And the ones that don’t?
They’re sitting for a reason.

On the seller side, there’s still opportunity,
but pricing and positioning matter a lot more now.
You don’t get the same margin for error.

This isn’t a market where you just show up and win.
You have to be intentional.

The people who are doing well right now
