🎉 JUST SOLD IN ALBANY! 🏡🔑

A huge congratulations to my buyers who just closed on their new home in Albany, New York! They found me online while searching for the right Realtor to help with their cross-country move from Hawaii to Upstate New York to be closer to family. 🌺✈️❤️

Their journey definitely had a few twists and turns. We quickly went under contract on another home, but after uncovering significant inspection issues, we ultimately made the decision to walk away and continue the search.

Not long after, we found this adorable Albany home! 🏠 We encountered a few inspection items here as well, but thankfully we were able to negotiate with the sellers and keep everything moving forward.

Then, just when we thought we were in the clear, title issues delayed closing by nearly 30 days. 😅 My buyers were incredibly patient throughout the process, and it all paid off!

Today, they officially have a new place to call HOME. 🥂🔑 I’m so excited for them as they begin this next chapter in Upstate New York!
