Huge congratulations to my first-time buyers, Nick and Ash, on closing on their very first home! 🎉

I was introduced to them through past clients, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to help guide them through the home buying process with honesty, integrity, and ease.

After meeting to talk through their wants and needs, we quickly got started. It wasn’t long before they went under contract on a home — but unfortunately, after several inspection issues came up and the seller was unwilling to address them, we made the tough but right decision to walk away.

Shortly after, we submitted an offer on 15 Birch Lane… but were beat out by another buyer.

Fast-forward about 30 days, and the home came back on the market after the first buyer’s financing fell through. We moved quickly, submitted a strong competitive offer, and this time — it was meant to be.

Even with a few inspection items along the way, the seller stepped up and made things right, helping get this one successfully to the closing table.
