Every brokerage has a different plan on what commission splits look like. Here at KW, we pay into the company dollar and royalty fee out of each commission up to a ‘cap’ (pay those fees entirely) and when we do, we make 100% of all commissions up until our anniversary date the following year. My goal this year when I capped in April was to cap again this calendar year so that I’d make 100% of my commissions longer. And I DID IT!!

For those not in real estate — when an agent “caps” with Keller Williams, it means we’ve paid our full company split so from here on out, I will earn 100% of my commissions for the rest of my anniversary year.

It’s a milestone. I truly believe it’s also obedient stewardship of my clients trust of their largest asset, maximizing their profit and adhering to their goals.
