Huge congratulations to my first-time buyers, Nick and Ash, on closing on their very first home! 🎉

I was introduced to them through past clients, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to help guide them through the home buying process with honesty, integrity, and ease.

After meeting to talk through their wants and needs, we quickly got started. It wasn’t long before they went under contract on a home — but unfortunately, after several inspection issues came up and the seller was unwilling to address them, we made the tough but right decision to walk away.

Shortly after, we submitted an offer on 15 Birch Lane… but were beat out by another buyer.

Fast-forward about 30 days, and the home came back on the market after the first buyer’s financing fell through. We moved quickly, submitted a strong competitive offer, and this time — it was meant to be.

Huge congratulations to my buyer clients on closing on their beautiful new home in Colonie!

I first connected with them back in Fall 2025 through past clients of mine as they prepared for a relocation from Maine to the Capital Region. Before we could begin their home search here, they needed to sell their home in Maine, so I connected them with a fantastic referral partner to help get that done.

Like many real estate journeys, this one required some patience. Their home sale took longer than expected, which delayed their search on this end — but once they were under contract, we were ready to move quickly.

And this home truly felt like it was meant to be.

We actually saw this property back in October 2025, but at the time, they weren’t in a position to move forward. The home later sold, was quickly renovated, and then came back on the market in April 2026. The moment my clients saw it return, they knew it was the one.

We put together a strong, competitive offer and were able to beat out multiple offers — all while keeping their home sale contingency in place and without waiving inspections.

🎉 Just Closed in Schoharie!

Huge congratulations to my seller on the closing of her rare unicorn property at 252 Main Street, Schoharie — sold for $410,000! 🏡✨

This one was such a special journey. My seller was referred to me by one of my favorite Realtor referral partners from Long Island after trying to sell the home for a couple of years without success. After a previous offer fell through with another agent, she reached out, and we met within the week to create a new game plan.

She was relocating out of the area, so we got right to work with a fresh strategy, strong marketing, and consistent communication. The first listing period did not bring us the right buyer, but we stayed the course, re-listed, and kept pushing.

After one offer did not work out, the perfect buyers finally came along — looking for exactly what this property offered: a beautifully renovated village home with a separate in-law area.

My seller was absolutely over the moon when closing day finally came, and I could not be happier for her. Sometimes it really does take the right team, patience, solid advice, and a whole lot of marketing to get to the finish line.
