Some closings are extra special… and this was one I’ll never forget ❤️

Today, we officially closed on my childhood home.

Congratulations to my parents as they begin an exciting new chapter, and congratulations to the wonderful buyers, who are gaining an incredible home filled with years of love, laughter, and memories. They truly are lucky to call this place their own.

Representing family is unlike any other transaction. While it’s an honor, it also comes with a unique level of responsibility and emotion. It’s easy for feelings to take over when so many memories are attached to a home, but that’s exactly why it’s so important for a listing agent to remain calm, objective, and strategic throughout the process.
