Helping clients accomplish their goals is never a one-size-fits-all process—every story is unique.

Believe it or not, this one started with me helping a group of people take a photo at a Blink-182 concert.

At the time, I didn’t realize that one of those people was someone I went to high school with—or that she would need my help selling such an incredible home.

They had been trying to sell the property as a for-sale-by-owner and were growing understandably frustrated. When we met, I was immediately blown away by how special the home was. From the indoor hockey rink to the backyard oasis, I knew this was going to be a fun and exciting property to market. We built a clear strategy, formed a battle plan, and brought the home to market.

That marketing plan generated nearly 25,000 views on social media, more than 30 showings, hard negotiations, multiple offers, compromise, collaboration—and ultimately a great outcome for great clients who were finally able to say goodbye to a home that just wasn’t selling.

There is never a bad time to sell a home, however this time of the year is really special to a few reasons.
1) Its not an easy time to go look at homes. Its cold. It gets dark early. People have a lot of responsibilities right now before the holidays, which means the people who are out there are serious!
2) Pricing a home correctly, will always result in it selling.
3) If you need to sell, putting it off doesn’t change the need, it just gives you more time to think about it, vs taking action and moving forward!
