Helping clients accomplish their goals is never a one-size-fits-all process—every story is unique.
Believe it or not, this one started with me helping a group of people take a photo at a Blink-182 concert.
At the time, I didn’t realize that one of those people was someone I went to high school with—or that she would need my help selling such an incredible home.
They had been trying to sell the property as a for-sale-by-owner and were growing understandably frustrated. When we met, I was immediately blown away by how special the home was. From the indoor hockey rink to the backyard oasis, I knew this was going to be a fun and exciting property to market. We built a clear strategy, formed a battle plan, and brought the home to market.
That marketing plan generated nearly 25,000 views on social media, more than 30 showings, hard negotiations, multiple offers, compromise, collaboration—and ultimately a great outcome for great clients who were finally able to say goodbye to a home that just wasn’t selling.
Sitting at the closing table, it still felt surreal that all of this started at a Blink-182 show at S**C. Huge shout-out to my clients for trusting me throughout the process. I truly appreciate the opportunity to be your Realtor.
