As we step into 2025, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey 2024 turned out to be. While it wasn’t my highest year in closed volume, it became my best yet for GCI and net earnings—an achievement I owe entirely to the amazing clients who trusted me with their journeys. 🫶🏽
This year, I had the privilege of working with 37 incredible clients:

▫️ 7 sellers successfully closed on their homes 💰
▫️ 5 rental properties listed for growing portfolios 🌱
▫️ 4 renters moved into spaces they love ❤️

Every journey was unique, and each one left a mark on me. From sellers saying goodbye to homes filled with decades of memories to investors building futures with strategic rental properties, I was continually inspired by the courage, trust, and determination of my clients.
I’ll always remember working with a first-time buyer who was nervous about taking the leap. Together, we navigated the ups and downs, celebrated every small victory, and ultimately found the perfect home. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. 🏡✨
Of course, we faced challenges along the way—deals lost to cold feet, financing hurdles, and unexpected twists—but these moments brought valuable lessons in resilience and adaptability for both me and my clients.
What stood out most this year was the trust and connection I shared with the people I worked with. Knowing that so much of my business comes from referrals is humbling and motivates me to keep showing up and giving my best every day.
