As a Manager/consultant in the real estate industries, clients ask my help to increase property values.
One suggestion is uniform flooring. Here we have 2 different tiles and a inexpensive laminate. A nice quality tile, similar to the bathroom as seen on the video, throughout the home may not increase sale price be will prompt a sale much more quickly.
