Prices are set locally, and may vary depending on such factors as building size, type, occupancy, access, complexity, geography, and non-standard CAD or field requirements. Basic floor plans: 10 cents p/sf (residential or standard office)
Elevations: typically 6 cents p/sf.

1.Any additional structures or unfinished areas to be measured and documented will increase the price.
2.Payment is to be received prior to any documents being delivered.
