Hello Residents,

The leasing office will be closing at 2pm today, December 23rd in observance of the holiday weekend. We will reopen on Tuesday, December 27th at 9am.

We would like to send a special THANK YOU to all of our residents that participated in all of our Holiday Events! 🎄🎁🎄

This year we wanted to encourage our residents to have fun and create memories as they decorated their doors, completed holiday trivia and attended the holiday party.

The Hot Cocoa Bar was a hit this year, so we plan to bring it back in the future.

Well Taco Tuesday was a success here at the Evergreens! Tacos 🌮 are always a favorite and Little Miner Taco served the best ones. Thank you to all of the residents that came out, ate, & enjoyed.

Thank you to our vendor, Verizon for contributing towards the event! The residents enjoyed and were “taco” stuffed!
