Hey there, I’m Chelsie. 🤍

I’m a North Carolina REALTOR®, (Myself and 2 of my agents also carry South Carolina license as well!), Broker-in-Charge, business owner, wife, mom, and someone who genuinely believes there is no substitute for working hard and treating people right.

Over the last five years, between myself alone and my brokerage, I have successfully closed hundreds of real estate transactions all over the state.

Most agents in our country are doing well to close 1 deal a YEAR.

I had always been interested in real estate, but somewhere along the way I realized something that I think is worth sharing with young people who are trying to decide what they’re supposed to do with their lives right now.

Pay attention to how God built you…what you’re GOOD at?

What comes naturally to you?
What do people trust you to handle?
What problems are you good at solving?
What kind of work makes you feel useful?

Those answers matter.

And please don’t believe the lie that you have to choose one thing at 18 years old and somehow become that one thing forever.

What you do after high school is just the FIRST thing.

Learn something. Build something. Change your mind. Get another license. Start another business. Take the class. Learn the skill. Reinvent yourself when you need to.

Do all the things.

Real estate became one of the things I was good at NOT simply because I loved houses, but because I understood people, negotiation, business, problem-solving, marketing, and what it means to have someone trusting you with one of the biggest financial decisions of their life.

Today, I have the privilege of leading Stateline Realty and serving buyers, sellers, investors, families, and homeowners throughout our communities. I teach my brokerage that we do not compare, we do not compete with anyone but the girl in the mirror.

I study my industry.
I love my community.
And I believe every transaction carrying my name should be handled with integrity and nothing less.
