Hump day, dump day is tomorrow (Wednesday 4/15/26)! Any large bulky items that you need to get rid of can go by the street for free. This is the only day. Any items after tomorrow will be a charge. This for residents only. If you live at Blues Farm, you will have to bring items to Plaza Terrace. Please place items by the street neatly in front of dumpster fence.

COMMUNITY YARD SALE 2-DAY EVENT. FRIDAY APRIL 10TH 9am-5pm & SATURDAY 8am-1pm

Residents will set up booths on the property and we will have items available at the Plaza Terrace Leasing office, 1520 Terrace Cir., Laurinburg, NC. Don't forget to come and invite your friends!

Lots of stuff will be available including housewares, plants, furniture, decorations, collectable items including some Michael Jackson memorabilia, costume jewelry, whatnots, camping goods, office supplies, building supplies, hardware, seasonal crafts, electronics, perfume, make-up, clothes, shoes, backpacks, curtains, bedding, wall hangings and more!

We will be unboxing and setting up at the leasing office Thursday. Many items will be available and can be purchased prior to the sale, so if you would like to come by, just let us know. Cash only. All sales final.
