LAVEEN COMMUNITY: Good news! Southern Avenue has officially reopened. Spread the word and share!

PHOENIX – After four months of construction, Southern Avenue reopened Monday between 61st Drive and 64th Avenue in Laveen after completion of the first phase of work on a Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway interchange.

The Loop 202 is projected to be done by the end of 2019. If you haven't seen this video and have some questions regarding the 202, this might be helpful. Some folks are welcoming the development which will follow the freeway and some are not. If you are thinking of buying a home in Laveen, it would probably be best to do so prior to the completion of the freeway as home values will increase. Grant programs are still available!

Buying a Home? Veterans can use their Zero Down VA Loan. If you're Not a Military Veteran you have to save quite a bit to buy your first home. However, if you want to live in Laveen, El Mirage, Buckeye, Goodyear, Tolleson, Avondale & certain other cites, you can be granted up to 20K to help you with your down payment and closing costs also! Ask me about the Pathway to Purchase Grant. Veterans can use this program as well!

Regarding the Grant Program (not a loan) which can GIVE up to 20K in down payment & closing costs for Laveen & certain west valley cites...we just closed one for a nice family who are paying less than they were for rent because they called us. It was really that easy to get them on the road to be qualified. Here's the catch...you can Not make more than 89,088 a year. You must have a credit score of 640 or better and the rest is just like a regular home loan.
