Well… apparently I let it slip on vacation last week that I hit a pretty BIG milestone — 5 YEARS in real estate and 5 years with The SOLD Squad! 🏡🎉
When I started this journey at just 21 years old, with absolutely no clue what I was doing, I was scared, overwhelmed, and wondering what in the world I had gotten myself into. 😂
Thankfully, God placed some pretty amazing people in my corner. I had the best mentor and broker, Shelley Whitworth Phillips, and a support system in my husband, family, and friends that I truly couldn’t have done this without. ❤️
And in these 5 years, life has changed in some pretty BIG ways. I’ve even added two little people to the family along the way! 👶🏼👶🏼❤️ Some of you may have met them at a showing, closing, meeting, or somewhere in between. They’ve quite literally grown up alongside this career, and I’m so thankful I’ve gotten to bring them along for the ride.
Over these last 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people find their first home, forever home, investment property, next chapter, and sometimes even a fresh start. I’ve helped families upsize and downsize, watched families grow, come together, and sometimes go their separate ways. I’ve been there for people during some of life’s biggest celebrations and some of its hardest transitions.
And somewhere along the way, this became so much more than a job. The people I work with became family, clients became friends, and a scared 21-year-old girl somehow found herself building a career she genuinely loves. 🥹❤️
If you would have told that 21-year-old Cloie what the next five years would look like, I’m not sure she would have believed you.
5 years down. Here’s to the next 5 being even bigger, better, and more successful! 🏡
So thankful for every client, every referral, every friendship, every closing, every lesson, and every person who has been part of this journey — including the two little sidekicks who have made appearances along the way. 😂❤️
