Local property management company seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our rental properties located in Lawrence, KS.

Maintenance duties include: plumbing, carpentry, painting, sheet rock repair, appliance delivery, interior and exterior cleanup and make ready, general remodeling.

Maintenance experience is required. HVAC certification is preferred but not required. This position will include being on-call after hours for emergencies only.

They rent for $565/month, with an additional $40 flat fee for water monthly. No gas at this building-- tenant pays electric on their own.
