I am a certified and insured home inspector located in Lawrence, KS. I do home inspections within a 150 mile radius of Lawrence. Before starting in home inspections I worked for a pump manufacturing company where I did everything from janitor, machinist, mechanic, union president and more. After almost 21 years of service with my company I decided to switch gears and pursue my dream of restoring and rehabbing homes. During the process of selling several of these homes I discovered how vital a home inspection can be for both seller and buyer in making or breaking a contract. With my extensive mechanical and renovation backgrounds I feel strongly, as a home inspector, that I can provide a vital and fair service for all parties.
