After a long week, I’m trying to go back in my mind to the perfect evening Donnie & I had this weekend at Saltwell Farm Kitchen to celebrate our anniversary week! We danced at sunset, enjoyed the warm sun on our skin and wine pairings with each delicious course. Our favorite item was Iberico et pesto pave, which of course, now we have to learn to make! Who knew that four hours on the edge of a farm field in the middle of Kansas could feel like a dream. ❤️ 🌳 🍨

Real estate never sleeps! My buyers are thrilled to be making moving plans into this new construction townhome in Lawrence. We had been looking at similar homes in this development but none were quite right. After visiting with the listing agent, we found out this one was coming on the market soon. My buyers and I were the first to tour on Day 1 and our quick offer was accepted later on Day 1, which happened to be over Labor Day weekend. I’m happy we could get them what they wanted and needed, even if we had to work a bit of the holiday.
