Celebrating another closing!

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. There are delays, challenges, surprises, and moments when you wonder how it’s all going to come together.

Every now and then someone says, “I couldn’t do what you do.”

I take that as a compliment.

Not because it’s easy. Because it’s not.

But because I’ve learned that challenges aren’t a sign to quit (trust me there are times that I want to).

However, it’s the Amazing people that I get to work with that keep me going and remind me it really isn’t about me. It’s about them.

How lucky am I that I get to see a dream come true for an amazing family.

When I started in real estate, I thought it was about houses.
It didn’t take long to realize — it’s always been about people.

The first-time buyers holding back happy tears.

You know, after almost 30 years of helping people buy and sell homes, there’s a little secret I’ve noticed…

We tour houses standing up — walking from room to room, checking the counters, peeking in closets.
But when we live in them? We sit down.

We sit at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee.
We curl up on the couch with a good book.
We watch the light change through the windows from our favorite chair.

One of my tell-tale signs that a buyer is really connecting with a home is when they sit down during a showing.
That’s when they’re not just “looking” — they’re feeling.
