Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group is presently assisting the Lowell Community Charter Public School (LCCPS), with the sale of a nearby owned property to support the school’s fundraising goals.

Last week, we attended the LCCPS “Learners to Leaders” event, which delivered an enthusiastic and optimistic message about the power of community in education. The purpose was to raise funds “to operate and grow a high expectations school.” The event provided a strong sense of optimism and a collective will to do good.

The student speaker and class president, pictured here, Jonathan Sena-Velasquez, illustrated the lifetime learning advantages of the community charter school with composure and humor. Awards were also given to two local organizations with ties to the school, the Merrimack Valley Food Bank and Aaron’s Presents, for their service in responding to critical community needs.

Sold | The former Olympia Restaurant, 453 Market Street, Lowell MA

Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group announces the sale of the former Olympia Restaurant property, a longtime fixture in downtown Lowell.

"Everyone has memories of the Olympia, which for over 70 years served as a gathering place for the community and introduced so many of us to the Acre, Greek cuisine and culture," recalled Vladimir Saldana, Bell Tower's Vice President and Sales Agent. The sales process involved a highly competitive bidding process with oversight by the Middlesex County Probate Court and an appointed commissioner.

Following the court-directed sales process, the high bidder for the property, in excess of $1 million, entered into a sales agreement and closed the sale on February 2026. The successful bidder is a family business which intends to fully renovate the property, relocate and expand its existing market. Plans call for a neighborhood friendly market and prepared food concept, with efforts to continue the property’s role as a community food destination. The ownership family anticipates a one-year plus permitting and construction process.

Bell Tower CRE appreciates the trust of Attorney Todd Beauregard, the court appointed commissioner, and the Middlesex Probate Court, which was responsible for resolving prior disputes to allow the sale and reuse of the property.

A hearty, or perhaps more appropriately, a beefy congratulations on the preview opening of Prime 41 Steakhouse in Chelmsford. The recent friends and family event showcased over a year of work bringing this beautifully designed restaurant to life inside the historic Odd Fellows Hall building.

Property owners Ali Zosherafatain and Houman Baiany have done an outstanding job, transforming a building once at risk of demolition into a vibrant mixed-use property with residences above and a first-class restaurant below. Their efforts were recognized with the Guardian Award from the Chelmsford Historical Society in 2025 for their contributions to the community.
