This week, we joined the UMass Lowell community for its 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony, honoring the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and those whose lives were forever changed by the tragedy.

The ceremony was held at “Unity,” UMass Lowell’s 9/11 memorial overlooking the Merrimack River. Designed by UMass Lowell art students following 9/11, the memorial bears the names of those with ties to the University who were lost that day.

We honor all of those affected by the 9/11 events both as a community and nation.

Congratulations to Geysha and her husband, Otis on the Grand Opening of Geysha’s cafe in Georgetown! This hard-working, dedicated and determined entrepreneur delivered a beautiful new café in the heart of Georgetown after months of hard work and planning. Gary Sidell worked through the lease with her to ensure a stable, long-term arrangement with her landlord and she is now poised for great success there! A big shout out to MVPC and Janin Duran as well for their support and guidance to make this project and grand opening possible. Check out her new place next time you are in town. You will not be disappointed!!

Our summer intern just wrapped up his work for us and we wanted to share the experience!

Om Patel joined our team after taking the initiative to reach out directly to our President, Gary Sidell, to inquire about a potential internship opportunity. His motivation and willingness to put himself out there immediately stood out to us and it didn’t stop there!

Throughout the summer, Om worked alongside our team at our Lowell and Lawrence offices, assisting with administrative operations, prospecting, lead intake, and helping to create a new CRM system for our brokerage services. He also brought valuable perspective based on his previous experience with his family’s hotel management company.

Om is currently attending Bentley University, where he is pursuing his Masters in Finance, and we’re excited to see where his education, initiative, and work ethic take him next.

Thank you, Om, for all of your hard work and contributions this summer. It was a pleasure having you as part of the Bell Tower team, and we wish you continued success at Bentley and beyond!
