For the second consecutive year, Register of Deeds TerriLois Mashburn and her team lead Kansas counties in New PFA Subscriptions and ranks in the Top 10 among Fidlar County Partners nationally in Year over Year PFA Subscription growth.

According to data provided by Fidlar Technologies, Leavenworth County subscriptions to PFA grew by 225% in 2022. Fidlar Technologies provides and manages Property Fraud Alert and the Land Records management system used by the Leavenworth County Register of Deeds Office.

ROD Mashburn says, “It would not have been possible to give the number of educational speeches I do and retain our first-place position without the team effort of my talented staff and volunteers. The county is fortunate I have such caring people in the courthouse.”

Property Fraud Alert is an online subscription service allowing the public to monitor their name/property within the Register of Deed’s office for possible fraudulent activity. Subscribers will be notified when the name they have submitted is used in any recording activities within the office. When subscribing to the service, the subscriber will be notified via email and Telephone.
