30 - 40 hrs/ week + overtime
Start $11 - $15 / hr depending on demonstrated experience
Must have own reliable transportation and working phone.

Need to be: Energetic, Enthusiastic, and Wanting a long term position on a good team
Need to know how to:
-Operate and maintain basic lawn maintenance equipment
-Follow directions without constant supervision
-Complete tasks on your own with direction

Must be an energetic, conscientious, detail oriented individual. Have to have own transportation to and from office, able to work early mornings with short notice and lift 50lbs consistantly. May be eligible for transfer to lawn maintenence division in spring. $10 / hr to start
