📄 What’s changing:
Certain closing professionals (like title companies or settlement agents) may now be required to report information about the transaction and the individuals behind the entity to FinCEN.

💰 Why this matters for buyers:
• You may need to provide additional identification and ownership information
• There could be extra paperwork at closing
• Some title companies may charge additional compliance or reporting fees

👤 Good news:
If you’re purchasing in your personal name (not an LLC or trust) this rule typically does NOT apply.
