Y'all this picture right here is WAY MORE than just a real estate transaction!

You see that couple on the left in the red and blue? That's Kaylyn and Luke Calton. Luke played ball with my son, Logan, pretty much his entire life. ⚾️

I also went to high school with Kaylyn's dad...a great family! True salt of the Earth type people.

The Calton's asked me to list their home over a year ago. It was on the market for 6 months and unfortunately didn't sell, but they did not give up! We updated a few things, put up a fence, and this year, we went back on the market!

And I'm so glad they were patient and trusting because along came the couple on the right (again)!

That's Noah and Lexi Hollis. I've known Noah since the day he was born, and Mark and I are blessed to go to the same church as Noah and his whole family for most of his life.

And Lexi...she's just a gem! She's as sharp as a tack and is on top of everything. I even thought about asking her if she wanted to work for us because she is THAT amazing!!

Turns out, I've known her family my entire life, too! Her uncle owned the local jewelry store in Collinwood for many, many years.

These types of transactions are what keep me going in this business. Young people that I’ve known their entire lives who have grown up to be amazing, successful human beings. And who have created beautiful families, and then ask me to help them with one of the most important decision of their lives!

We are so blessed.

The Hollis family got a new home that they love and will make so many memories in. ❤️

And the Calton family can now embark on their new journey of building their forever home on family land! 🏡

It was a true win-win for everyone, and Mark and I can't express how grateful we are that folks trust us with such impactful decisions in their lives.

This is how many times people saw my social media last year. As far as I know, I am the only agent in southern middle Tennessee who does this kind of marketing.
