This one definitely tested our patience! 😂

We found the right property, and the financing option that best fit my client’s needs was an FHA loan.

This one definitely had a few extra twists and turns!

First, we needed to have a spot survey completed on the property. Once that was taken care of, we were ready to keep moving toward closing… and then came the FHA process. 🙃

We ended up having to extend our closing date several times while waiting for the final approval process to work its way through.

Apparently, “hurry up and wait” is part of the FHA process! 🤪🤦🏼‍♀️

But we stayed patient, kept everything moving, and FINALLY made it to the closing table!

I’m so thankful for my buyer’s patience and trust throughout the process. Real estate doesn’t always go exactly according to plan, but getting to hand over those keys makes all the waiting worth it!

Also a special shout-out to the lender, the seller, and the listing agent for being so understanding and patient through all the moving pieces.

Having everyone willing to work together made a huge difference!

Keeping my client’s identity private, but I couldn’t let this closing pass without celebrating. ❤️
