Sometimes getting to the closing table is more difficult than it should be but that’s where who you have on your team matters. I was the listing agent for my fantastic client Alvaro and his wife Elsy. We went under contract twice to get to the closing table and there were some other hurdles that thankfully between myself and the closing attorney we were able to solve and we made it happen.
