Today’s pop-by includes a Thin Mint Milkshake recipe because life (and real estate) is better with the right ingredients. 🏡

Thin Mint Milkshake Recipe
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
• ½ cup milk
• 6 Thin Mint cookies (plus extra for garnish)
• Whipped cream
• Chocolate drizzle

1️⃣ Blend ice cream, milk, and Thin Mints

🏡 Overlooked details DO matter when selling your home!

Buyers notice more than you think during a showing—and small details can quietly influence how they feel about the entire house.

Here are a few things sellers often overlook 👀

🚪 Front door & doormat – Worn or dirty can set the tone before they even step inside
👃 Smells – Good or bad… scent sticks in buyers’ minds
🧹 Floors & carpets – Pet hair, stains, or grime scream “future expenses”
🪑 Sofa cushions – Slouchy or worn can leave a negative impression
📦 Clutter – Makes it hard for buyers to picture themselves living there
🚿 Bathrooms – Mold, dirty mats, or towels on the floor = red flags
💡 Lighting – Proper lighting can completely change how a room feels
🍳 Kitchen appliances – Dirty stovetops or microwaves are instant turn-offs
