Writing Wills and Living Trusts:
●Who is best suited and qualified to help prepare these important documents in our behalf?
●Why it's important that these documents be prepared properly to be effective in court?
●Is taking the short cut of preparing these documents ourselves in our best interest?
●Are we certain that we are properly set up to protect our family and our assets?
●Are we being proactive to get these matters in order?
●Are we frozen because we really don't know what we should be doing?
●Are we leaving things up to chance?
●What happens to the assets of people who die without a Will and/or Trust?
●When should we start working on our Will and/or Trust?
●Who can open probate?
●What happens to the debts of the deceased? Does debt dissappear upon death?
Since attorneys specialize in different areas of law; It is important that we know what questions to ask lawyers (whom we are considering to help us prepare our documents for the protection of our assets). That way we know the attorney's specialty and we get the right expert advice.
