The actual closing took about 36(ish) minutes.

Getting there? That was a completely different story.

Inspections. Repairs. Delayed contractors. More delays. An escrow hold for the repairs that couldn't quite get finished in time.

But after all the moving pieces, phone calls, follow-ups, and a few moments where we wondered if we'd ever make it to the closing table.

Luckily, we made it.

And sometimes, that's the part of real estate people don't see. The closing may only take 36 minutes, but getting there can take a whole lot longer.

But at the end of the day, 3790 State Route 250 is officially .

And that is what matters.
