I am incredibly excited (and maybe still a little shocked 🥹) to share that I have been selected for the LeadershipOAR Class of 2027 through the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®!🏡💙

For those wondering, “Okay Brittany… but what does that actually mean?”😂

LeadershipOAR is a leadership development program designed to grow REALTORS® into stronger leaders—not just within real estate, but within our associations and the communities we serve. It focuses on leadership, advocacy, community involvement, industry knowledge, and making a bigger impact across Oklahoma.

And THAT is exactly why this means so much to me.

When I started in real estate, my goal was simply to help people. Somewhere along the way, that grew into wanting to do more—serve more, understand more, advocate more and become the kind of leader who can actually help create change.

I don't have all the answers. I don't always feel like the person in the room who should be called a “leader.” But I do show up. I ask questions. I care deeply. I’m willing to learn. And when I see something that could be better, I'm usually the person asking, “Okay… so what can we do about it?”😂

Being selected for this class feels like someone saying, “We see that potential in you. Now let's develop it.”

That means more to me than I can put into words.

I'm especially proud to represent Lawton, Fort Sill and Southwest Oklahoma as I step into this next chapter. ❤️

Here's to learning from some incredible people, getting outside my comfort zone, becoming a stronger REALTOR®, advocate and community leader—and bringing everything I learn back home to the people and community I love serving.
