Brittany is passionate about educating herself and her clients. She attends every continuing education class possible, striving to improve her skills and harness her craft. Brittany enjoys working with first-time buyers and sellers, as well as seasoned real estate investors. She played a key role in building Wheatridge Estates in Geronimo, OK - a new construction neighborhood that's transforming this small town near Lawton. Brittany frequently volunteers for the Board of REALTORS®️, her kids' extracurricular activities, Hungry Hearts Feeding Ministry, and countless other ventures. But more than anything, Brittany loves being a wife and mom.
TONYA SMOTHERMON ✨️ Sales Associate | GRI, MRP | 4 Years at Parks Jones
Tonya is a proud Army Veteran with 21 years of service. When she got out of the military, she flipped two properties with her husband and unlocked a passion for real estate. She got her license to help other people start investing in their future, whether it's a military family buying their first home or someone adding a new rental to their portfolio. Tonya has a great sense of fashion (mostly Western wear 🤠), and you'll often catch her at the casino showing the house who's boss.
HEAVEN SPEIRS ✨️ Broker Associate | MRP, ABR | 4 Years at Parks Jones
Heaven is "the fun one" - the girl with the silly costumes and upbeat personality. You never quite know what she's going to say, but that's what makes her a joy to be around. Heaven worked in internet marketing for 14 years before getting her real estate license, and she uses that experience to find creative marketing solutions for her listings. She enjoys competitive puzzle races, helping her fellow agents, painting, and spending time with her husband and pups.
CORINNA BONTLY ✨️ Receptionist | 3 Years at Parks Jones
Corinna is an organizing Queen! She works in the background to keep the office running smoothly, whether that's updating forms, getting birthday cards signed, or sprucing up the file room. Corinna attended high school in Germany and earned a Business Management degree from Cameron University. She enjoys seeing new places, meeting new people, and photographing it all along the way. She's also an *excellent* cook who grows her own fruits and vegetables. We look forward to her delicacies at every office potluck.
TERRY STAMPER ✨️ Broker Associate | MRP, ABR | 3 Years at Parks Jones
Everyone knows when Terry's in the building. There's an instant burst of energy that fills the halls. He is the definition of friendly competition, encouraging his colleagues to push the boundaries and reimagine their goals. Terry has 15 years of experience in real estate investing and manages 50+ rental properties of his own. He's risen to leadership in every industry he's worked in, and he is now an irreplaceable component of the PJ family.
CINDY BATTY ✨️ Receptionist | 2 Years at Parks Jones
The radiant smile that greets you at the front desk? That's Cindy. She's a fresh glass of lemonade on a hot summer day, topped with a Tajin rim for extra flair. 💃 Cindy has a background in accounts payable, but her biggest accomplishment is the 20+ years she stayed home to raise her children. When she decided to re-enter the workforce, she felt right at home at Parks Jones. Cindy is a vocal advocate for Alzheimer's awareness, and she runs a support group for dementia caretakers. Her heart, much like her smile, knows no limits.
MEGHAN COLEMAN ✨️ Sales Associate | 2 Years at Parks Jones
Meghan was once the Rental Bookkeeper at Parks Jones, so when she decided to get her real estate license, she knew exactly where she wanted to be. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and works as a Financial Operations Manager for a remote company. Aside from crunching numbers and selling houses, Meghan yearns for adventure. You can usually find her at a tattoo shop, a concert, a book store, or any other escape she feels drawn to. She's never met a challenge she wasn't willing to face, and she inspires her daughters to enjoy every unpredictable journey that life has to offer.
JANET WISE ✨️ Sales Associate | 2 Years at Parks Jones
Small, mighty, fierce, and fabulous. Janet has no issue standing up for her clients and vocalizing her opinions. Those opinions are well earned though. Janet is highly educated with an Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Technology, and an in-progress Master of Kinesiology and Sports Management (class of 2028 🥳). She served in the U.S. Air Force for 14 years and continues to help her fellow Veterans utilize the benefits available to them.
