Most of our tenants have PSO for power. If you have a power outage or questions about your power visit their website for updates and requests. Having utilities of electric, water, and gas on at the house is a requirement. We believe this safeguards the health and condition of the home.

The house the Wrights raised their children in was on Maple Avenue. It was also their first house to rent out.

Why is Maple Street Rentals not Maple Avenue Rentals?

The reason is the song by the Statler Brothers.

Randy Wright decided on the name Maple Street Memories to pay homage to the song as well as the raising of their children.

We opened our doors to Property Management in 2020. One client had two houses for rent and orders to move oversees. We took on his properties and one of the Wrights’ properties and began Maple Street Rentals. As of today we manage over 70 properties. All of them are currently rented, but we have a few coming soon.
