Hello everyone! We currently have an opening for our CARE unit. We have a spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom upstairs apartment available now for an applicant who is currently homeless and/or receiving services from a shelter. We are offering an incredible deal  where your rent will be half price for an entire year (your rent would be $503.50 per month.) To qualify for this program, you would still have to meet all of our normal credit/background check & income requirements, and you would also have to provide a letter from a shelter stating you are currently homeless or receiving services from them.
