Meet the newcomers - the fresh faces who bring new life, energy, and ideas to the brokerage. One of the main reasons Parks Jones has survived for 60 years is because of our ability to pivot in new market environments. These team members are the seeds that keep us growing year after year.
TIFFANY MEGAHAN ✨️ Rental Bookkeeper | 1 Yr at Parks Jones
Mix Hello Kitty with Wednesday Addams, and you've got something close to Tiffany Megahan. She keeps our vendors paid, our accounts balanced, and our Property Manager on stable ground during high-stress times. After earning several bookkeeping and payroll certifications from Great Plains Technology Center, Tiffany found her way to Parks Jones. Prior to that, she ran a flower farm and boutique candle shop, and she spent 10 years at home molding her children into amazing little humans. We couldn't imagine our rental department without the touch of Gothic sparkle she brings to work every day.
CHRIS GUNNELS ✨ Sales Associate | 1 Yr at Parks Jones
Chris is a true go-getter. He proved from the start that he was willing to put in the grind to build a prosperous life for his family. He and his wife Haley are both self-employed, navigating the challenges of unpredictable work and equally unpredictable children. They homeschool their three kids and encourage their entrepreneurial efforts, including homemade lemonade stands and made-from-scratch bake sales. Chris got into real estate as a way to maintain the flexibility his life needed, and he enjoys guiding people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives. He says, "Without people, these houses are just buildings." He's here to help the people who turn those buildings into homes. ❤️
RACHEL WEILER ✨ Sales Associate | 1 Yr at Parks Jones
Rachel is a Fantasy Football CHAMPION! 🏆 Sure, she's a great agent with years of rental management experience, but that's a bragging moment that deserves to be front and center. Rachel worked as a leasing coordinator for four years, and she wanted to challenge herself in new ways. She got her sales associate license and jumped right into the wild world of real estate. She is quickly making a name for herself in the Lawton and Altus markets, and she goes the extra mile to take care of her clients. The only thing Rachel loves more than football is her family. She and her husband celebrate 17 years of marriage this year.
PHILLIP THOMAS ✨ Sales Associate | 1 Yr at Parks Jones (Sort of)
Phillip has actually been a Parks Jones member for three years, but he took a brief hiatus that reset the clock. (We try not to haze him too much about that) After serving in the Army for 10 years, Phillip laid roots here in Lawton and decided to help others do the same. He makes the process of buying and selling feel suspiciously easy, thanks to his confident demeanor and calming disposition. Don't let his muscles fool you either! Phillip is a champion chess player whose brain truly matches his brawn. He loves golfing, fishing, and spending time with his children.
LINDSEY GARISON ✨ Provisional Sales Associate | >1 Yr at Parks Jones
Lindsey's life is a classic example of "trust the process." There are dozens of microscopic decisions and experiences that she's had along the way that have set her up perfectly for real estate sales. She has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences and a background in construction and property management. She is a Notary Public who has worked as a real estate closing agent, giving her direct insight into the nooks and crannies of a transaction. Her interior design taste is impeccable, allowing her to see the potential of a house even if her clients can't see it at first. Outside of real estate, she enjoys thrifting, traveling, and
completing as many projects around the house as she possibly can.
KELLY POLLMAN ✨ Provisional Sales Associate | >1 Yr at Parks Jones
Kelly has a cat named Larry and a tiny dog named Skeletor. Whatever personality you're picturing with that information...it's probably accurate. Kelly loved the experience of buying her first home, and she became fascinated with the process. She wanted to give others the same joy she had, all while building a life for her family. She's been renovating houses with her husband for the last couple years and raising their adorable little boy together. Kelly calls herself a "huge nerd," and her hilarious personality is a bright spot in the office.
HUNTER HALL ✨ Provisional Sales Associate | >1 Yr at Parks Jones
Hunter served for 9 yrs in the U.S. Marine Corps, and he applies that same level of discipline and tenacity to his real estate transactions. He asks targeted and intentional questions that show his willingness to learn, grown, and set his clients up for success. Hunter and his wife recently welcomed their second son into the world, and they are soaking up that newborn bonding time while they can. Hunter got into real estate because he loves people and enjoys the work, especially when it comes to supporting his fellow veterans. In his free time, Hunter loves to play tennis, golf, and poker.
TODD RAINEY ✨ Sales Associate | >1 Yr at Parks Jones
Todd is the newest member of the Parks Jones family. He has successfully bought, renovated, and sold properties around Lawton since 2018. He got his real estate license intending to fuel his investment purchases, but he discovered that he had a flair for the sales side. Todd enjoys listing houses and guiding sellers through each step of the transaction, thanks to his vast experiences with his personal investments. In addition to being a real estate agent, Todd works as a Radiology Technologist. He has been married for 32 years and enjoys quiet nights at home with his family.
