Most people think realtors just put a sign in the yard and wait for it to sell…..

Let me show you a SMALL portion of what actually happens behind the scenes.

This stack of paperwork is for ONE house (and there are more stacks for the others)!

My sellers have already moved out of town, so I’m currently coordinating the entire TRR process (Treatments, Repairs & Replacements) myself, managing 6 different contractors, for 6 totally different jobs, scheduling repairs from the inspection report, meeting them at the property, managing records and reciepts, and making sure every item gets completed correctly so we can get to the closing table.

This is the part of real estate that no one sees, but it’s what keeps deals from falling apart.

My job is to make the process as easy as possible so my sellers only have to focus on their next chapter.

Selling a home isn’t just putting it on the market…
It’s making sure it actually closes.
