I have ONE two bed, two and a half bath unit available September 7th!

Our townhomes come equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized washer and dryer, and an attached 2 car garage. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Utilities vary based on occupancy and usage. Monthly charges include high speed wireless internet, water/trash/sewer/recycle, common area maintenance fee, and property tax.

I have only one unit available so I would recommend submitting an application and deposit ASAP.
The application fee is $35 per adult and the deposit is $500 OAC. The deposit is optional while applying but it’s what will guarantee the unit for you so I strongly recommend it! You can schedule a time to drop off payment/application to me in my office located in Riverdale or you may pay over the phone to my corporate office at 801-363-2270 (during business hours) and send the application via email.

For the application process I will also need two months of paystubs or bank statements from each applicant as well as a copy of ID.
