Just got back from my very first trip to Washington D.C. representing WCR at the NAR Legislative Meetings—and wow, what an experience! 🇺🇸 I had the absolute privilege of attending for six packed days, and I’m still soaking it all in.

✨ We toured the Capitol (huge thank you to Mike for helping make that happen!), and as someone who’s always been fascinated by history, I was in awe. Learning about the stories behind the Capitol made me even more intrigued.

💼 Every day started bright and early with incredible classes and workshops. I walked away with new tools to better serve my clients and be an even stronger resource in real estate. And I finally got to see firsthand that WCR isn’t just a state network—it’s NATIONAL, and it’s huge! 💙

I met so many amazing leaders from across the country who are doing incredible things in their communities. It was inspiring to hear about all the ways they’re giving back and building something bigger than themselves. It truly made me proud to be a part of WCR.

🎉 Of course, we had some fun too—riding scooters around the city, sightseeing all the beautiful monuments, and even getting to experience my first professional baseball game (again, shoutout to Mike ⚾ thank you so much for everything!!).

🏛️ One of the biggest highlights? Sitting in with state congress and cheering on the work being done to help more families achieve homeownership goals!

👟 We walked nearly 20,000 steps a day and covered over 20 miles in 6 days. On our last day, we wrapped up classes early and took a water taxi to Alexandria for some shopping and final memories.

This trip was full of learning, growth, and connection. I’m feeling grateful, inspired, and excited to bring back everything I’ve learned to my network and clients 🙌💼❤️

I’m truly so grateful for the opportunity to serve as the 2025 First Vice of Northern Wasatch WCR and to be part of this incredible network of strong, driven women (and a few amazing men too 😉). I can’t wait to see what the rest of this year holds and all that’s to come next year. I’m beyond blessed to be here—growing, learning, and building something meaningful alongside the best of the best 💙✨

✨Under Contract!✨

Julie & Preston — the sweetest mom and son duo — are officially under contract on their very first home 🏡💛

They were referred to me after a rough experience trying to buy a home a couple years ago. They lost their earnest money and the deal fell through, so needless to say… they were nervous to try again (and rightfully so).

After a few in-person meetings, lots of Q&A, and building that trust, they decided to take the leap — and I was honored to be the one to guide them through it 🙏

We toured about 20 homes and finally found the one. It was just about to hit the market — we got in early, wrote up an offer before it even went live, and went under contract the same day! 🙌

We secured $6,000 in closing costs, and they’ll be moving into their new place in just about 2 weeks 🗓️

I may have shed a few tears on this one. It’s been a long road for them, and this moment means so much 💕

🎉 Under Contract in Brigham City! 🏡✨

When I first met Andy, he came through one of my open houses and told me he already had a few agents he could work with. We ended up setting a time to go over the homebuying process—it’s been a while since he last bought a home—and after our meeting, he felt confident moving forward with me as his agent 🙌

We searched high and low, focusing on Plain City, but inventory was tight. One house in Brigham kept catching his eye. He had even seen it over a year ago when it was previously listed! After revisiting it a couple times, it felt right.

I’m so excited to share that we’re officially under contract 🥳 We were able to negotiate $12,000 in closing costs AND got repairs worked into the deal 💪

This next chapter for Andy and his beautiful daughters is just around the corner, and I’m so honored to be a part of it 💗 Let’s get to the finish line!

Renting might feel more flexible in the short term, but here’s the catch:
