I have over 18 years of sales, managing and negotiating experience. I believe in being HONEST! It's definitely not the popular thing to do in this market, but it's the right thing to do. Addressing and communicating the industry hurdles like pricing, lending updates, and appraisal changes to sellers and buyers, creates an open and clear goal to achieve. Once we choose the right goal, my team and I exert the effort to get the job done. Even though the road is sometimes rocky, I believe we still make the buying or selling process enjoyable! I have personally sold over 500 homes ($61 million in sale volume) in my career and have facilitated over 1000 home sales by my team. In my spare time, I enjoy motorcycling, snowmobiling, golfing, and spending time with my family.
EDUCATION: The Real Estate industry can be quite complex. Rules are being updated or changed, new laws are being implemented, and new strategies are being introduced which is why it is critical to stay up-to-date in this industry. CDPEs can provide solutions, specifically short sales, for homeowners facing market hardships.
