The average home value in Davis County is 532,876 dollars, up 2.1 percent from a year ago.
Rates are holding in the mid 6 percent range, with the 30 year fixed averaging 6.67 percent this past
week.

Homes are taking a little longer to sell than the frenzy years, but well priced homes in the 400,000 to
650,000 dollar range are still moving fastest.

Translation, this is a steady market, not a scary one.
