South Green View estates Lemars Premier 55 and older Facility

South Greenview Estates  got a brand new Elevator this month. We are also installing a brand new Elevator across the road at 1240 Lincoln st we will open the second South Greenview Estates building with 22 more 55 and older apartments this coming July 2026.!!!! This is a huge upgrade for both building !!!

This month the guys have been busy working on a new elevator at the South Greenview Estates building to replace the one from 1985 and also at the same time installing a brand new Elevator across the road at the next building at 1240 Lincoln St. which will be an additional 22 units 55+ apartments opening in July… These buildings will be even better with two brand new state-of-the-art elevators to service the second floor tenant needs..
