A week ago, we had these beauties visit us on Sadona Pond! What a treat! American White Pelican!

You may see some activity on the Commercial lot! Sam and Mike are building a new gymnastics and dance studio. This will be a 2 story with 12,600 Sq ft on main floor and 2,700 Sq ft on second floor!

The business will primarily be open from 4pm to 9pm Mondays through Thursdays with limited hours Friday thru Sunday!

So it won’t be a high traffic commercial area and we believe will be ideal for our residential area!

Is anyone in Sadona HILLS a missing a black cat? We seem to have a cat taking refuge from the cold in our (Mike and Sam's) garage. Let us know if you know anyone in this area missing a cat.

Hey Sadona Friends! Did anyone get a picture of the pool being craned over our house today? They did not tell us and of course it was the day we were actually able to sleep in. So disappointed! I know Jackie Arens sent a video but wondering if anyone else got a picture of it? If you would share I would love that!
