This week has been good to us 🙌🏻 Three deals pending this week and I just keep thinking how different every single journey is… but they all come back to the same thing. Friends just trying to get to their next place in life. 🤍

One client is securing land in San Leon for a future Palm Harbor build. This is one of those “we’ve been thinking about this for a while” situations, and it’s really cool to finally see it turning into something real. 🌳

I also have a lease pending in Webster for a perfect condo. They were actually searching on their own before we connected and weren’t getting much response or communication from the listing agents. And honestly, that part matters so much when you’re trying to find a rental, just having someone who keeps things moving and makes sure you’re actually getting answers. They made the decision that felt right, and that’s what counts.🥳

And then there’s a very deserving family working toward their forever home in Hitchcock. It hasn’t been the easiest search, but they’ve stayed patient through it all, and we’re finally getting closer to that finish line. I know this move is HUGE for this family and I’m so honored to help them through this journey!
