I passed my exam in May 1995 and began working at FindIt Apartment Locators. This was a time
when the MLS was a physical 3-ring binder, and our broker would provide updated sheets every Monday. Without pictures or websites, we relied on traditional methods, such as obtaining real ink signatures. Marc and I tied the knot later that year. In 1999, we established Bay Area Builders, Inc. in LaMarque, Texas, constructing spec and custom homes across Galveston County. Marc was honored as Builder of the Year in 2003 by the Galveston County Builders Association, where he served on the board and was elected President for 2004. Alongside building homes in Park Place (Texas City) and Prairie Knoll (LaMarque/Santa Fe), as well as custom "build on your lot" homes, we also managed the sale of our clients' current homes by the time their new homes were completed. We also undertook numerous rebuilds post-Hurricane Ike and Hurricane Harvey, with many clients referred by past clients and local lenders/banks we collaborated with. Following the 2010 market crash, I transitioned to become a full-time agent, moving my license to BHGGG in Clear Lake, before returning to Realty Associates in 2012, where I have remained. My focus lies on Harris and Galveston County, from 610 @ I-45 (Hobby/Gulfgate) to the west end of Galveston. However, I have served clients ranging from Jersey Village to South Padre Island. My primary areas of expertise include Clear Lake, Pasadena, Deer Park, LaPorte, League City, Webster, Kemah, Seabrook, Friendswood, Pearland, Dickinson, LaMarque, Texas City, Santa Fe, Alvin, Hitchcock, and Galveston Island.
