Freeze weather alert!!

• Drip faucets – Allow both hot and cold water to drip slowly from all sinks, especially those located on exterior walls.
• Open cabinet doors – Open cabinets under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around the plumbing.
• Maintain heat – Keep your thermostat set to at least 65°F, even if you are away from your apartment.
• Check on your unit – If you plan to be away, please make arrangements for someone to check on your apartment.
• Report issues immediately – For maintenance emergencies, please call or text 512-677-7606.
