Today we walked the home with the builder and buyer, marking final touch-ups, testing systems, checking finishes, and making sure every detail is ready for closing day. This is such an important step in the new construction process and one of my favorite moments — seeing the excitement become REAL for my buyers! 🙌✨

One of the most exciting steps in the home-building process is the new home orientation with the builder! Today, my client and I walked through their new home from top to bottom, making sure everything is ready before closing.

During this walkthrough, we:
🔹 Use blue tape to mark any cosmetic items or touch-ups that need attention.
🔹 Review all of the home's systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical panels, and appliances.
🔹 Learn important maintenance tips and warranty information.
🔹 Conduct a detailed review of every room to ensure the home meets expectations.

This is a great opportunity for buyers to ask questions, understand how their new home works, and make sure any final items are addressed before move-in day.
