Yes, interest rates are higher than they were but home prices are not! 😉 This is still a good time to buy, negotiate, and get creative with seller paid closing costs! You can use them towards buying down the rate or just with the general closing fees! We were able to get an offer won on this home for 15k less than it was listed by asking a 6k price reduction and 9k seller paid closing costs!
