CONGRATULATIONS to some of the best clients - turned friends of mine! I sold their beautiful Crystal Falls home last summer and am honored to have been able to come alongside them again to find their new home sweet home! This one owner home has been impeccably cared for and checked all the boxes for this sweet family. The yard is so peaceful with no back yard neighbors on an oversized lot with gorgeous trees. 💕 Every time we’ve visited this property, it just felt perfect for them! We knew this was the one and now my buyers get to celebrate this special milestone of home ownership. I will miss all the sweet memories we’ve shared over these last couple of months while we’ve been on the house hunt, including at our first showing the kiddos showing up with a giant turtle they found in the middle of the road! 🐢 I couldn’t be happier that we found the right home for such an amazing family.

Closing Day was extra special for my FIRST TIME HOME BUYER and VA client! 🎉 What an amazing milestone to be a part of for someone so deserving. I know this home will hold such sweet memories for the many years to come! The most exciting part was the giant yard that my client’s dog gets to run around in now. Sending a big congratulations to my buyers!!! Some homes are just simply meant to be! This Ridgewood cutie hit the market and was exactly what my clients were looking for. We had been on the search for a home with some unique character and charm, in an established neighborhood, with a good size lot. Check, check, check! As soon as I saw this home pop up, I took a screenshot at just after 10pm so that I could send it to my buyers the next morning. I received a text just before 8am the next morning from my buyers that also took a screenshot to send to me! We were both in sync and knew this was the one. We viewed it that day and put an offer in right away. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect home for this sweet family!!! I also get to work with my favorite local lender who is just the best and takes such great care of my clients. ❤️
