Exciting news! We just refreshed our unit, and have installed all-new Pergo flooring, new plush carpeting in the bedrooms, repainted the whole unit (walls, trim, doors), and installed new under-cabinet lights in the kitchen. We also installed a new central A/C system last Fall - so we're ready for the Summer and beyond!! The unit looks SO MUCH nicer, cozier, and crisper now!! Jawohl! Oktoberfest macht Spaß!

If you’re interested in visiting our condo for an Oktoberfest weekend, please know that we typically block these weekends out in advance and reserve them for our repeat guests. It is a super special time in town, and we prefer to share our happy place with folks in our guest family. Reach out to us directly if you’d like more information about this. Prost! 🍻

Prost! Oktoberfest in Leavenworth takes place the weekends of October 4-5, 11-12, & 18-19, tickets go on sale July 1! Admission is $15 for Fridays, $30 for Saturdays and $40 for a weekend pass. Day of sales may be limited, the best way to guarantee admission is to purchase in advance, plus you can buy your Oktoberfest merchandise and pick it up at the event.

New this year we will be introducing a point-of-sale system that will allow you to use our new commemorative wristband payment system, your credit card, or your phone (Apple pay, Google wallet, etc.) to pay for beer, wine, cider, and food! No more paper tickets!

Oktoberfest in Leavenworth welcomes a roster of standout musicians on three stages. Headliners this year include Die Jungen Weststeirer and Pech und Schwefel out of Austria, West Coast Prost, S Bahn, and showstopper Manuela Horn. Many other favorites performing include The Europa Band, Michael Stoessl, Aqua-Nets, European Takeout, Smilin’ Scandinavians, AlpenFolk, Ted Lunka Polka Band, Leavenworth Alphorns, the Hosen Ones and more!

While completely unnecessary and unexpected, occasionally guests leave us little notes and cards. Our onsite cleaning person leaves them for us to see on our next visit to the condo.

We are so grateful for the many guests who choose to return to our condo repeatedly. It makes us proud to know that other folks are creating lovely memories and yearly traditions in what is also our “happy place”.
