Closed one chapter & started a new one 🏡

The stars aligned in so many ways for the sale and purchase of their homes but really it took hard work, strategy, and planning. Thankful the Robinson’s were willing to put in the work! 💪🏼 We had talked for about 2 years about finding the “right time” to buy (spoiler alert: there’s really not a perfect time) but none the less they knew 2026 was going to be house year! We hadn’t established a timeline yet but I sent them some homes in January that were Coming Soon to MLS just to see what’s out there. One stood out amongst the rest (even with just one photo). Call it fate or intuition but they decided this one was worth getting pre approved for. One house & one showing is all it took! It checked all the boxes. AND we won against multiple offers. It was a home worth waiting for. Thankfully, the sellers needed a longer closing which allowed us to get their current home on the market and got it sold within the timeframe we needed with incredible terms. Agents and lenders on both sides were phenomenal in keeping these transactions on track! 👏👏

I can’t wait for all the friends and family gatherings with my sister, brother in law, and nieces 💕 so incredibly happy for them!! And of course, honored to be a part of the process. I love you guys! The Robinson’s are HOME! 🏡
